I'm not saying I'm a cheap bast*** but I love playing "Ironman" mode because I rather lose a campaign, even when you feel like the game is stealing from you, that playing knowing that I can go back. Because, let's face it, when you breed the perfect heir and you lose the game because he die from a cold, it's really tempting reloaded and try again.

Why CK2+ doesn't support Ironman mode? Do you plan modify this in the future?

Thanks for make an incredible and deep mod!

P.D.: Sorry for my english, not my mother tongue, yada yada yada.

Technically it is but there has been an issue with the some of features such as Imperial Decadence which causes nasty bugs to happen. They've sorted some of it out by removing said features so you can play Ironman CK2+. I've no idea if they can or will change it later

There's nothing really to change. There are issues (like that feature) that ONLY happen in ironman, because quite frankly ironman is about as reliable as a drunkard protecting a beer keg when it comes to actually working. If Paradox actually ever makes ironman work reasonably well they can be re-enabled. I've yet to get much more than a few hours into ironman even in unmodded CK2 (and EU4) because it's a shoddy piece of crap if you pay enough attention (mostly save corruptions, either partial or complete).

I've never gotten it to work on several computer and OS on the long term without at least one issue popping up unique to iron man. There are far more issues with ironman than just imperial decadence, but it's most certainly one of the more noticeable issues unique to it.

Yeah, like zeress says, we disabled Imperial Decadence in ironman -- so you can certainly go ahead and use it. There are enough issues that occur (only in ironman mode), however, that we instituted the warning. So you can certainly play (and, indeed, if you've always played CK2Plus in ironman you're not likely to notice much difference). Ironman mode itself is not disabled, and we could not disable it even if we wanted to.

The warning just says, in essence, "if you use ironman than please don't report bugs". Because there is literally nothing we can do regarding issues that are caused by ironman -- and spending so much time tracking down an issue to discover it only occurs when someone plays the mod in ironman mode is a waste of our time.

It's true about the bugs, but I only play in Ironman and, in fact, I play all my campaigns with CK2+ in Ironman too. I mean, Wales, Ireland, Orleans, Tuscany, Muslim and a Norse empire, and yes, I have some issues with the saves, but nothing I can't work it out.
But I suppose that is nothing really change, just the warning sign, I can back to my (not for sure bug free) ironman modes and hope for the best.

Thanks again for an awesome job!
