I'm experiencing a recurring but unpredictable issue with my display system crashing during gameplay. Testing over in Crusader Kings III indicates it happens in both games now, while it did not in previous versions of these Clausewitz games ca. Friends & Foes / Hot Cinnamon Spice. The issue happens at irregular intervals during ordinary map screen interaction, and is characterised by all displays (1 fullscreen Vicky/CK, 1 windowed other programs) shutting down and systemwide audio glitches including looping audio. I have observed the audio from other programs to recover from this, with audio of a Youtube video continuing to play while the displays are black. In-game audio appears to shut down entirely, and I can't observe whether a crash reporter is running. Using Win+R and shutdown I am able to blindly reboot the system gracefully from this state but it is very disruptive.
Steam's game file verification indicates all files are present and correct, and choosing Compatability -> Disable fullscreen optimizations for Vicky 3's executable did not change behaviour. My display drivers are updated today, and I'll attach a dxdiag in case there's any other useful info.
