Is Emil Janouška real?

Did the czech minister/leader/team Emil Janouška exist or is he a fake?

There's no info about him and Janouška seems to be another form of Janoušek (Karl)?

I never found any data about him either.
Very weird for someone who is supposed to have been not only a politician but also an army commander and a "tech team".
Maybe Czech members could enlight us.

I know only about one Emil Janoušek. He was ammo officer in No. 311 Squadron RAF. Minister/leader/TT in HOI should be Karel Janoušek (Air Marshal in 5/1945).
