When you disband a unit in the game a sound file plays, at the very end of this sound file you can hear someone say what I believe to be 'Oi C**t', is it just me or has anyone else noticed this.

I got curious, so I went into the sfx/wave folder and played Unit_ArmyDisbanded several times, and couldn't really understand what they were saying. In the wavefile the word was repeated several times and the closest I could get was 'Mozeg' (Mosaic was how my mind kept hearing it, but it has a 'G' sound at the end). Obviously, it might not be english (as that is the only language I know), so if anyone else could jump in and give a word in another language that sounds like that, it would be nice to know.

It appears to be just some mumbling and noises of war equipment, where sounds and tone of voice in itself are important (wise choice, as it would be weird to hear actual words (in what language should they be?)). But if you insist that there has to be a literal meaning, then my version would be this:

"Back, rowing, back [first voice, giving orders]... back [second voice, as if confirming]... that is [third voice, rather unclear what he's saying really]... oi! back [very weak back sound by several men]."

By the way, this little exercise reminded me the phenomenon of listening music records backward and searching for "hidden messages". It's quite hard to understand sometimes what you hear. At least I didn't pick up any "here's to my sweet Satan" phrase this time.

It is very hard to make out, but everytime I disband a unit I laugh because of what I think im hearing.

Yesterday in a Croatia-Bosnia game I did hear some weird things while at war with Slavonia, I thought it was the youtube video that restarted because I alt tabbed out, but it wasn't.
I am scared.
EDIT: just discovered the sound, I think it was Interface_failureBlip and Event_Plague.
