I'm working on a mod and I'd like to assign a numeric value to all the characters in a given country. I'd like to be able to adjust the value based on certain factors (eg, whether or not they're a friend of the ruler, their corruption, their powerbase) so that I can assign a scope to the character with the highest value and later use them in an event.

Is that possible to do with lists? Or have I made a simple task more complicated than it needs to be?

(I hope this isn't a stupid question. Just a beginner looking to get started.)
