Is it possible to have enemy leaders & tech teams?

Hi there! I have a doubt: is it possible to gain enemy leaders and tech teams when you annex them? That would be very useful especially if you play with small and not very powerful countries.

tech team takeover is ur solution for tech teams

as for leaders, you have to have an ally give you an expeditionary force, then get annexed for you to get any leaders except your own

Thanks! Do you know if some patch adds the tech team takeover in the game automatically? I mean: if you annex a nation, its tech teams and leaders become yours? (Sorry for my horrible English!)

Yes it becomes yours.

It is an option in the game setup parameters.

Getting arma is not that expensive. I think Gamersgate is selling it for under $10 these days. As a longtime DD holdout, playing arma is like playing a whole new game in some ways.
