I mean the Macs are kinda underpowered in general, so its hard to 'optimize' for something that's basically a very slow computer to begin with with an Intel GPU.

Also with Apple abandoning Intel Macs entirely, you're going to see companies really consider whether Macs are even a viable platform to support

Yeah but CK2 ran fine and CK3 is supposed to be more optimized.

What ? It runs like shit on my 15" MBP with a Radeon 560X and an i7 8850H. And the Graphics API will still be the same one on Apple Silicon Macs(Metal).
