I’m right in the middle of the best run I’ve ever had , and can’t go even a single day further in game with out it crashing anymore.

After Royal court update , the frequency of crashes has been ridiculous. I have managed to play through it slowly by saving and closing app every 6 months and playing on 1-2x speed, and that works most of the time

But now I’m 1041 , I can’t save even a single day after the current day I’m on. I tried to load in and save on the same day even it won’t let me , just crashes So my favorite run of all time is prematurely over.

It’s worrying too because I bought all of this on Xbox itself so it’s probably too late for me to be able to get a refund.

Does anyone know if Paradox has mentioned that they will fix this soon ? And if not is it still possible for me to get a refund on Xbox if the electronic purchase stopped working over time ?

Actually, the information is incorrect, Paradox is responsible for the communication, at least that is what they claim. The funniest part about the following quote is that it was from October. Hell of a job improving the situation.
Why is Lab42 not communicating with players as much as we would like?
Let’s make this clear, it is not Lab42’s role to do the communication, it is ours at Paradox. They are focused on developing the console version and we are responsible for the publishing side. We apologize for the lack of communication in the past, but we want to improve this moving forward

We're aware of the stability issues affecting Console Edition players since Royal Court and are working on getting them resolved. It is taking longer than expected, but we fully intend to resolve these issues as soon as possible.

We'll post a proper announcement here on the forums and across our social media platforms when we have something more substantial to share with the community.
