Is there a mod or tool that can have me "choose" what provinces a nation controls besides historic dates?I have always wondered from playing EU 3 what it would be like if, say, the Papal States controled Eurpoe and Many other smaller nations allied and fought against them.
I was wondering because i think the idea of multiple German tribes may be accurate, but they really cant be much of a threat, :rofl: so i wanted to make maybe two or three larger tribes. Or maybe i could make a small rebelian nation and play as them as i get larger instead of it being about half of the realm to start off with. That kind of stuff.
Please, if anyone knows how to do this, thank you. Im still nooby at EU games, and just got Rome like a week ago. All coments appreciated.
