Is there a mod to get the BTA Argo menu in vanilla?

Would really like to get this menu in vanilla. Is there any mod to do this? Searched but couldn't find one on Nexus.

humm, well.. should be able to figure out whats parts of the composite mod are this, extract it and package it as a separate mod. How to learn to mod lesson 1. See what someone else has done and deciding come hell or high water that you want that piece of is and figure it out how to do it.
