Is there a way to add warging/green dreams to a bloodline?

I was interested in possibly editing the Stark bloodline to also include a higher chance for green dreams or warging for characters with it, like the increased chance to hatch and tame dragons for the Targaryen bloodline. Is this something that can be modded, and if so, how?

And a modfier to the event that gives green dreams to make it have a lower mean time to happen if the character has a certain bloodline flag.

This mod has a lot of what you're looking for. I believe it even adds in the increased chance to be a warg to the Starks. For the green dreams, you can look at the other bloodlines that add that and see what you need to add to the stark bloodline. I believe the Blackwoods and Reeds have such a bloodline iirc.

Starks also have chance to become mystics and greenseers
