Is there a way to build the small nightswatch castles ?

I noticed that the nightswatch castle have two lines of upgrades : The Northern Keeps one (Small, Medium, ...) but also a three stage one starting with Small Nightswatch castle, is there any way to build this second line of upgrades ?



Also, I noticed that the wildling -75 opinion penalty also applies to other wildlings, I suppose it is because the trait is coded using the "general_opinion" modifier but is there any plans to correct it ?

Wildlings, corsairs and pirates do get a corresponding positive opinion modifier "Both Wildling +75".

I have no idea about nightswatch, played once, got bored, end of story.
