So I'm planning on starting a new game on CK2 Plus now that I'm getting bored with vanilla M&M, although I like to pick what I'm going to play rather carefully before I start a game.

With that being said, it would be interesting If there was an up to date wiki or even a thread with information about the mod, does such a thing exist currently? I couldn't really find anything by searching around.

Mainly what I would like to know is information regarding "culture" and "religion", and to be a little bit more precise, what cultures have unique features/bonuses, what are their cultural buildings and retinues, and for religions what are their unique features and regular features (availability of great holy war, who holds the religious head title, if there are additional mechanics such as bloodline features, etc).

It would also be interesting to know how to get specific ancient religions, I know about the scholarship focus but I'd like to know a little bit more about the restrictions, like how does the game pick the religion your character will get with the event, is it based on his current culture, his current religion or the capital's location...

On the scenario such a thing does not exist, or isn't updated, I would be very grateful if I could get recommendations of interesting Culture/Religion settings to play as.

Cheers!

I had found that part of the wiki specifically, and while helpful it doesn't really provide the info I'm looking for.

I'm guessing I'll have to settle for the second part of the request then.

Mainly this is because I really enjoy what the mod has done with religions and heresies, but there's no real way knowing what they do other than searching game files or actually playing a game with each of them, same for culture.

It's based on the character's current culture. Or, rather, it was last time I had anything to do with it. Don't think it's been changed since but I could be wrong.
