Is there an event to expand holding slots?

I like playing in Essos and it's irritating that each province only has 3 holding slots.

In regular CK2 there's an event where you pay money to expand the holding slot number, but it doesn't seem to work in GOT.

Has anyone been successful with this?

3 holdings? All the big cities have 7, and minor have 1 or 2.

Unfortunately you can't expand holdings in the mod, because those new holdings would need to be set up in the files, and they aren't.
