Is there any way to get a refund?

Between the fastest speed running slow as molasses, and...well, the game play being completely uninteresting, I would like to refund my product. Unfortunately, because it was such an (intentionally?) extremely slow game, and I held out vain hope for it being good if I give it time...I can't refund it through Steam.

Does Paradox have a refund policy?

Refunds can only come from the store you bought it from. Our refund policy only covers sales from our shop, since we cannot refund money you paid to someone else.
