I only play it single player. So yes, even though it was designed with mutiplayer in mind.

I am proud that this mod has both players in mind. You will find it MUCH more challenging than vanilla or AGCEEP. Quality ai, fewer leaders and give-away events and free cores. Your explorers will not last long enough to each discover all of south america, so you will need to be much more strategic in how you use them. And the far east has orthodox and latin cultures.
But the only real way to know is to play!
