Issue with duplicates in the menus and gray boxes

I have an issue with duplicates in the menus. This is also causing buildings to appear as white boxes. What is the reason for this? See the images for the duplicate-thing.

I believe I've seen something about a way to fix this, but I don’t know how.

Hey there,
same problem in my game. I solved it some times, but I didn't rlly solved it. It just disapeered and came again. Hate this Bug so much
