Issue with Offering Ward (PS5)

I would like to report an issue when offering a ward to a character that is in someone else’s court.

To recreate: click on any independent ruler, then offer ward. Choose a a ward in your court (I was trying to offer my heir) and then choose a guardian from their court that is not the liege. The issue is when trying to send the proposal.

The box that says ‘Will accept’ appears outside of the proposal box, and the ‘send proposal’ button is not visible and cannot be clicked.
I’ve restarted the game and the console.
It happens for every character in any outside court.

Same problem. Can't offer a ward no matter what I try and even when I move the tooltip pointer down to the broken box which is almost completely off the screen it highlights but doesn't bring up an info box when clicking on it.

Same issue. I cannot send the proposal, even though he would accept

it's the same issue when you want to pay ransom to free someone who is in jail ... the popup window is too big and doesn't have focus so you can't interact with it
