Issues with Land of the Bow bonuses

Description​

Land of the Bow does not provide archer damage/toughness bonuses for Hunting grounds outside of certain* areas.

Hunting grounds in Ethiopia for example provide the bonus, but HG built in Jerusalem don't.

I assume the idea is that the damage bonus is only in the areas that are Nile-relevant, but there is nothing that implies that the building-line will get only half the bonus in most parts of the map.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Pick Land of the Bow Tradition.
2. Build Hunting Grounds anywhere out side of (I assume) Egypt and Abyssinia

A small update on the issue.

The Hunting Grounds in Jerusalem show the recruitment/maintenance discount bonus from the Tradition but they do not actually apply it.

EDIT: I'm an idiot - the counties aren't culture-converted. The tooltip on the buildings that they give discount is wrong tho'.
