Issues with traffic/road mods?

It's been awhile since I've played so I decided to delete all my mods and assets, I was going to play vanilla but decided I wanted more in the way of roads so I subscribed to some of my favorite but they are causing my game to crash. D:

I'm currently subscribed to Traffic Report Tool 2.0, Network Skins, Traffic Manager: President Edition, Precision Engineering, Sharp Junction angles, and Network Extensions.

I've been trying to pin-point which one is causing the issue and it *seems* to be Network Extensions, which is the prob the mod I want the most right now. I tried both Network Extensions 1 and 2. I'm not sure if another one might be causing the issue or if they are conflicting or what?

I was hoping that someone might be able to shine a light as to which one(s) it is and how I can fix it or offer alternative mods that has a similar effect? Thanks.
