It is impossible to connect pedestrian roads to intersections that have bridge components

Expected Result​

We should be able to do it

Actual Result​

We can't connect it.

Steps to reproduce​

Build a bridge, have it connect to the ground, then create a pedestrian zone, try connect the pedestrian roads (any variant) to the bridge, and it won't work

Of course I have the pedestrian dlc in order to trigger this issue.
This issue will happen if one tries to connect with any type of bridge.
