it takes multiple click to activate preset filters for marriage options

Description​

When trying to use a preset filter on possible marriage candidates, all filters are initially grayed out, and the desired filter needs to be selected twice before it will apply.
This has always been an issue for me in all games, and predates the 1.9 patch.

Steps to reproduce​

Bring up any unmarried character, and click the find spouse button.
Hit the magnifying glass to bring up the filters dialog.
Click on "Select saved filter preset".
-- Note that all filters are mysteriously grayed out which seems wrong.
Click on a valid relationship filter (e.g. "smarties" from my attached filter_presets.txt)
-- Character search now shows "no valid characters found"
Click on the "Select saved filter preset" button again - valid filters are now shown as bold and no longer grayed out.
Select the same filter again.
Correct characters will now show up in the character search window.

( Sometimes it seems to take additional clicks on the filter name for it to apply, but I cannot reliably reproduce that at the moment.)
