it wont install

i got europa universalis 1 for christmas. it installed fine first time but when i played it 3 days later it kept on closing down. i uninstalled it and tried to install it again but it wouldnt let me and it said that it couldnt read a file called good. when i traced it it was in real player format. please help me is there a fix?

it says something about avi good file cannot be read. it installed the first time

rename the AVI folder to AVI_OLD
