As CK2 has grown exponentially since its release back in 2012, it's possible to know in detail which game features will be imported into the new chapter and which one will be reworked or left out (at least temporarily, I reasonably suppose that nomads will come back as a new dlc, for example)?

I think, they have plan, but they will not tell us about it. Also if you look at screenshots there are lots of BIG provinces, so we will have more provinces in future. Not a feature but something.

This is probably the most anticipated question everyone will ask, and this is the reason i am coming to the forum today.

Will there be some kind of loyalty reward for returning customers? Like in my case when i own every single DLC for CK2? I expect at least that CK3 1.0 wont be as barebone as Imperator was on release (compared to EU Rome), which was a major disapointment, versus content of original CK2, and that it will come with at least all features from CK2 even if those are locked partially, like it was with each new DLC release : some content for the base game and some content for the DLC owners.

If i have to wait 7 more years to have a CK3 as rich as current CK2, i'll have to pass i guess and stick to CK2.

edit : in one of the screenshot on steam i see that lifestyle is present, and that was one of the many DLC made if we look at CK2 dev timeline (made in 2014), so this gives hopes that some features from DLC will make it right? ;)
