It's telling me I'm already registered when...

all I did was cancel the install process and am now trying to install it for the first time.

It was forcing me to install it on the C drive when I want to install it on the F drive. When I tried to cancel and reinstall, it told me that I'm already registered with the serial number and won't let me continue.

What can I do?

Make sure you're using the same e-mail as the first time.

and they haven't helped me yet either. Is there a person I can call?

habe mir das SPIEL Osten indaia camperny auch gekauft und angefangen zu installieren da ist meine katze gegen den PC gesprungen und er umgefallen ist und ich muste die instaliation abbrechen jetzt bekomme ich es nicht insaliert sagt mir immer das der cay schon regestriert ist wie bekomme ich das spiel jetzt insterliert BITTE HELFT MIR DANKE
