Hey all!

Talk about a freaky game.

I just played a game as Sinkiang in the 1.03 patch and, although I did not WIN, I SURVIVED until the very end! I understand that this is easier now in the 1.03b patch, but is there any interest in hearing the story?

Yes! As far as AARs go, the more...the merrier.

Okay - seems like there is some interest.

I just played another game as Sinkiang in 1.03b, and it was easier to survive, but I got a radically different result.

However, my computer crashed last night. Hard. But wait... what's that you say? Bill Gates promised that Windows XP would be the best Windows yet? Yes, perhaps, but when all that you are comparing it to is earlier versions of Windows -- well that's a pretty low bar, isn't it?

Anyhow. Fortunately I back up all crucial data and a reinstall/repair only took a few hours. Unfortunately - I have not been classifying my HOI save games as crucial data when I back things up.

DOH!

I will not make that mistake twice, but it sort of hosed my plan to do my wonderful Sinkiang tell-all.

SOLUTION: Spend the next 12 hours straight playing another game as Sinkiang in 1.03b, using the survival techniques honed in previous games. Then share the love.

I will make my first post of the AAR in a few days, possibly sooner. Look for it under the title of.....

Any suggestions?
