Sorry. I thought there were finns working as developers. Every incinerator in Finland produce electricity and district heat. It would be great to have option for modern incinerator that produce less pollution, electricity and district heat.

Not just Finns, people from all around the world. Finns developed it, but they aren't the only people who work for CO. Either way, it would be nice if the general community were to understand (I work for neither Paradox nor CO, so excuse me if I overstepped my boundaries by asking you to post in English). Either way, your English is excellent
