So, I've played a few games of CORE as Germany, UK, and SU so I decided to give it at try as Japan. First day passes, the events about Fighter Escorts and Resource Use comes up, and then at the start of Day 2. The world explodes.

-Dominican Republic declared war on Gunagxi Clique
-Ethiopia declared war on Dominican Republic
-Persia declared war on Siam
-Peru declared war on Ethiopia
-El Salvador declared war on Ethiopia
-Saudi Arabia declared war on Siam
-Sinkiang declared war on Siam
-Argentina declared war on Siam
-More countries mobilized
-Brazil declared war on Communist China
-Brazil joins the Axis
-Yunan declares war on Siam
-France leaves the Allies
-Afghanistan enters the Axis
-Uruguay declares war on Ethiopia
-Guetemala declares war on Ethiopia
-Poland enters the Axis
-Romania enters the Axis

Is is not 12:00 on January 4th, 1936. Since nobody has DOW'd me yet, I think I am just going to sit back and watch what goes on. This should be fun. And no, I didn't mess with the events or anything. I've played several games of CORE, and this has never happened. But then again, some variety is nice..

Sometimes the AI goes bananas and starts DOWing all over the place (often on Jan 2nd 1936, actually). We've managed to tone it down compared to 0.25, but it still persists somewhat. The easiest fix: revert to your last save. Usually it doesn't occur again (which is why we still have it unresolved - we can't reproduce it).
