IMPROVED GERMAN LEADER PACK

I made this for myself but thought I would upload it, just in case anyone else was interested. Instead of retyping what's included in this mod, just see the pics and readme below. Post here with any corrections and/or suggestions. Includes many ministers as well. Don't forget to peruse the alternates in your PICS folder in case you don't like the default Enjoy.

TO INSTALL:
Unzip all files into your PICS subdirectory. Don't forget to make backups, especially if you're trying it with vanilla HOI2.
High-quality black-and-white replacements for ALL German leaders (even the crappy ones) and most of the major ministers. I know many love the colorized look of other mods but it's not really my thing. And even then, if I recall correctly, those didn't fix the incorrect aspect ratios inherent in the default bitmaps. So this is the perfect alternative for those wanting something more monochromatic. If anyone wants to color these, have at it. I only ask that you acknowledge my efforts.
Notice that there are many variants included in the folder, identified as such by a letter tacked onto the leader name, e.g. "L349b", etc; just rename to use); a lot of these were runner-ups that I went ahead and offered as alternates. I am partial to some shots that others might not care for, like the side-view of Guderian that I associate with the old Avalon Hill boardgame FRANCE 1940. So there are about three or four Guderians to choose from. The same with Manstein, von Bock, Schacht, Hitler, and many others. Some are identical to the defaults, only taken from the original source and cropped for better clarity, with corrected aspect ratios, as previously mentioned. So please take time to browse the folder, with thumbnails enabled, and rename whatever suits your taste.
