Is there any way to set a total death match in the game? Kinda like how risk is? Also why cant i change any on the goals for the game? it always stops at 1792. I like playing as the united states since there difficulty is a bit harder than playing some of the easier ones. it just seems that there isnt enough time to catch up to the point total that russia has. if i could continue the game a bit longer than i would be fine

You can in theory edit the game so that you can play more years after 1792, but you would have to do some major editing of the game files to do this, if you really really want to ask in the FAQ forum...
But if you want to play the US for a extended period of time why not just create the US sometime like 1600 ? Then you'll have almost 200 years and it wouldn't be extremely unhistoric...
