Is the error I get as soon as I launch the game. Verified the files, reinstalled. Nothing is helping. Please help.

Do you have any subscribed in Steam? If so please unsubscribe from all of them, then delete the whole folder:
C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\Mods\
