I can't find a pdf of the manual? I would prefer to buy it then a pdf, is it still possible to buy?

I have Hearts of Iron2 with the expansion Doomsday

AFAIK there's no way to buy a printed manual separately. Take the PDF to a printing service that will print and bind it? Probably not very cost-effective though.
