Firstly, I've found this mod to be absolutely fantastic- the longer battles are so much more realistic, and its nice to have such an agressive Japan in the pacific.
However, after reading part of DvD-IT's AAR "Das war ein Befehl", I was inspired to try the '44 scenario andI was wondering why the scenario in my version (platinum) seemed to lack land doctrines (although it has everything else in terms of air/land doctrines and techs, Germany for example has yet to research "Achtung Panzer!")- is this only available in titanium? thanks

The mod is only meant to be played with the 1936 scenario.

i know it's optimised for that with the AI and everything, but I was just wondering why the land doctrine tree was properly configured in the AAR

They are not but you can easily mod them for an AAR or such.
