Keystrokes Crash MP Game

*BAD* MP Bug

This is an awful bug which causes the game to crash instantly...
If you press tab or shift+f12 at the start of an mp game the game goes boom!

Then don't press those button

When I press the "off" button on my PC the games crashes .......?

Bah but you NEED those buttons to talk in MP! Without talking you might as well play SP!

Oh, and this only happens as a joiner, not the host.

Does it happen before the game starts, on startup, or during the game?

The chat feature was tested by the beta crew, so it does work. Do you have problems every time you try to chat?

No, it only seems to happen at the start of the actual game (after the loading screen). After the start I guess the game syncs up or something and stops further crashes. It's happend to many people that I've played with over Valk.net like Treedom and Alex, so it's not just me!

So there is a period after start up when the chat crashes. Have you been able to chat after that? I can imagine it to be a pain in the butt, as many people are going to start chatting as their first action in an MP game.
