"Killed the professional assassin sent by you" Nemesis upon succession.

Description​

Upon succession my heir immediately gains a nemesis rival with the reason "killed the professional assassin sent by you reason" this has happened I think in 3/4 of the total successions I've had in the game. There seemingly isn't any trend - the new nemesis is just some random ruler, sometimes outside of realm sometimes within same realm. I've had it happen with children PCs who this shouldn't be possible for.

Steps to reproduce​

On succession immediate (or very soon after) gain of nemesis rival. Have been starting as count of chalon in 867.

Same here. It doesn't happen with every succession, but it never happened before the latest patch. And I definitely did not try to murder anyone.
Also, should I even get a nemesis if I don't have the friends&foes pack?
