King of Kings Georgia culture setup issues

Description​

By changing the Georgian culture to the Georgian_new culture, this remove the accepted Armenian permanent modifier rewarded by the mission tree, due to change of culture group.

Narikala Fortress only supports both Georgian cultures, while other monuments within and beyond the former Roman Empire supports Roman culture, such as Tower of London, Edinburgh Castle, etc. Player who managed to form Byzantium and further form the Roman Empire will then be locked out of the the original monument from the base country.

Steps to reproduce​

Go through the mission tree to Throne of Romans, and the lost of Armenian culture is seen.

Check the Narikala Fortress monument details.
