Kingdom of Finland?

I've read quite a few posts here over the past few weeks, and I have seen lots of people mention the Kingdom of Finland. In my current game, I would think that I am in a postion to (or at least close to) being able to create the King of Finland title, but it doesn't appear in the list of titles to create.
I assume that this means that title must be 'in use' somewhere, but I can't find it. Is there a pagan equivalent or am I just missing something? This is my first game (on the easiest settings, probably why I'm doing so well) so I'm still learning about some of the in's and out's of the game.

I believe there usual is a one providence pagan who carries the King of Finland title. Usually a providence in southern Finland.

That´s weird. I played on Finland a lot, and I don´t recall a minor pagan holding the King title. As far as I recall, there is a count level Finland ruler, but no finnish king.

Which provinces are currently under your control? Were the finnish lands held by christian rulers before your conquests?

In vanilla CK DV, the Kingdom of Finland is in the geographical area of Finland and Estonia. One of the Russian princes could have grabbed it, perhaps?

I still haven't been able to find it. I take it that there is a King title (playing DV, but haven't applied the improvement pack yet) and the Duke (which I have) isn't the highest level?

Is there any way tht aI can search for it? Or is it just a case of clicking through all the Crowned shields that I can find on the map?

That or in CK-DV you can press the ? and then type the exact name of the title you are searching (e.g. "kingdom of egypt") and the screen will jump to where it is when it exists.

The problem with searching is that I'm pretty sure it won't show up on the search if it's not someone's primary title. At least with a King tier title, there are only so many people who can have it. If you have to, just start looking at EVERY character with King titles (including the pope) and see if someone has it.
