After a recent game where I found evidence of another lord plotting to incite one of my vassals against me, I noticed that there wasn't much I could do about it other than dueling. I think it would be a good addition if you were able to call other Lords to trial, in a similar fashion to the current trial system with some tweaks to fit the new situation like having the accuser play the 'prosecution' role that is currently done by your councilors (making a high diplomacy character slightly more useful). Depending on the relative ranks and positions of the accuser and accused, the trial might be judged by a duchy level lord, a Lord Paramount or perhaps the King himself. Throw in trial by combat and potential blood feuds and these would probably be an interesting break from the occasional monotony of a stable realm, and would add another way of getting back at plotting lords than just simply dueling them.
