KKCW 1936 game

New game DDA KKCW checksum , with dynamic Jackaussen's rules (mix between Aussie's and Hiensen's with few adds).

Democratic system will prevent "gamey" moves .
We all have to tell other players as soon as possible (if possible of course) when we are not able to play a session (even if everybody can have problems the other players are not responsable and must be treated respectuously).

Second session , very long , we have reached Sept 30 1939 , Germany took Poland and Strasbourg but RAF made a strong campaign to stop the German troops....
