Knight cant make Huntsmaster accolade despide being hunter with maxed out venator xp

Description​

See attached screenshot. My knight has max venator xp but as you can see in the "create accolade" screen this knight can choose Politicer, Manipulator and Valiant but not Huntsmaster. EDIT: I was because I had one inactive. Probably intended behaviour

Steps to reproduce​

Load attached save game. Go to create accolade, choose Ferdinand Ali with 34 prowess, see that he is hunter then try to create huntsmaster accolade.
