Knowledge is Power Achievement not unlocking

Can anyone help me figure this achievement out?

I have found secrets done a lot of schemes and used weak and stronf hook’s multiple times and this achievement will not pop. I have unlocked other scheme and hook related achievements with no issues. If anyone has any tips it would be much appreciated!

Interesting. This is why a don't found this achievement in CK3 Wiki XD
Because i waste much time, trying all different ways to pop up this one, and this when youre child need have inherited trait.
So, this and "Inheritance" is 2 achievements that we never can achieve? Anybody from Paradox team?
