KNOWN BUG: scroll bar in event texts doesn't work

Not a serious issue -- scroll bar in event texts doesn't work? As I said, it's nothing to lose sleep over, but some of the longer event texts (especially war of the roses type stuff in England) have text that is too long to fit in the window. There's a scroll bar to the right, but it doesn't seem to do anything, whether I click on the arrows on the top and bottom, or try to move the little circle that shows where I am in the text. Is this fixable, or is there some way to make the window even bigger so that all the text will fit? In case it matters, I'm playing 1.08, not beta, on a Win98 machine.
