Hi,

How can we research the "Labor reform" tech ? Playing as germany, a +10% MP is not something to be despised.

It seems it is not explained in the CORE manual.

It is a tech activated by event (like the inventions techs) - once you meet the right conditions, the event will fire, and you will be able to research the tech (and then, the follow up).

For Germany (or indeed, any other Military Recovery nation), you will have to finish your recovery from the Great Depression, and then move to full Mobilisation. Economic Recovery nations have it rather easier - they can achieve this without the mobilisation requirement.
