Expected Result​

Good afternoon, Members of Paradox company and Creators of Cities Skylines. Thank you very much for your created game, Cities Skylines, and the new monthly updates you release. They are very interesting, and I appreciate your efforts to improve this wonderful game. I have mostly all of your DLC content, including DLC released in March 2023 (this year). However, I have an issue regarding the contents that you released officially for PS4, and I would like to explain in detail what’s happened and I hope that you can help me.

Actual Result​

When I tried to buy 4 DLC in PS4 PlayStation Store: (Hotels and Retreats, Brooklyn and Queens, Railroads of Japan, and Industrial Evolution), unfortunately, they were unavailable and didn’t appear in the store. I can see in PlayStation Store all DLC that was released before, including March DLC (with malls and stadiums), but when I searched May DLC contents, they didn’t appear.

Steps to reproduce​

I tried to search in the PS Store separately for every name of DLC and wrote like Hotels and Retreats, but PlayStation Store showed me “no results or 0”. Then I tried to look on your website Paradox, and I found that I can buy for PS4, but there was only America and Europe region. I live in Asia, and I always buy all DLC content in South Korea. So, I am looking every day, hoping that May DLC can appear, but PlayStation Store shows me no results.
I have an Internet connection, and my game updated to a new(last) version, and even Free Updates with trees (released 23rd May) I have in-game BUT no new DLC content.

Could you please address this problem and thank you for everything. I hope that the problem that I described is not big and you can probably fix it for the PS4 store.

I have posted this before, on the day of release but nobody came back to me, you would have thought the issue would have been noticed and rectified by now due to them losing a lot of money from the console community but nothing.
Currently the only solution is to buy it from the PlayStation app, that is how I managed to grab them but yet when you try and search for them in the game store they don’t appear nor when you press Triangle on the game menu, but when you load the game they are all there.
