First of all, I think it's awesome that you can now play as the Brotherhood Without Banners in the latest two bookmarks. One thing I do find a little odd though is that Lady Stoneheart starts off being known as Catelynn Stark/Tully. Considering that Brotherhood was a small and secretive group, her identity probably wouldn't be common knowledge.

Normally I could see why this might not seem like a problem, since anyone who is up to date with the books already knows who she is. The problem (as I see it) is that you now get things like Edmure Tully being the heir to the Brotherhood Without Banners, or Lady Stoneheart inheriting titles from her surviving family. Admittedly the first issue could be fixed by making the Brotherhood work more like the Nightswatch or Kingsguard mechanics, and I've never actually seen the second happen.

My suggestion however would be to do much the same as was done with Bran, Arya, Sansa and Rickon. In the Stark family tree they are marked as missing/presumed dead while another character representing them resides in another court. This would work perfectly for Lady Stoneheart, while solving any issues with relatives/titles, and since anyone playing that bookmark already knows who she is it's not like there would be any confusion about who she was or what happened with her.

As a side note, I did a test where I killed Catelynn and instead of Edmure inheriting leadership of the Brotherhood it was actually Lady Jeyne 'Arya' Stark, which was absolutely hilarious.
