LAN problems

I'm new to this game and don't know if this question has been answered yet?

A few days ago a friend and I bought the game and tried to play a Lan game (we both have patch 1.09) the game was fine but it was only on the host comp. that the "movement bar" was working on the guest it was red all the time.(The army did move but it is anoying that you can't see how close it is to it's destination :-() I don't know if this is a know bug (btw i use the scandinavian version GO DENMARK)

Yes, it is a bug and it shure is annoying. Hopefully Paradox will come around to fixing it soon (they've been mostly concerned with crashbugs and game balancing sofar)

when i tried to play the game didnt find any games.
to cheack if the network was working we started to play starcraft, wich was working.
everyone was using version 1.09

I also have this problem finding a hosting game with LAN. When I switched th computers I could find a host but when I tried to join with the other computer it started to search the web. I use version 1.08 on both computers. Other games work fine. What's wrong ?

i had wrong, we were only using 1.08
i but i am sure we didnt have dofferent verions:
we all reinstalled the game and updated with the same file wich everyone dragged from my computer but we still had the same problem=(
