Does anyone know how to create a land bridge between two islands? I want to be able to access Manpower and deploy units and it will not let me do that while I am at war...

can't, just use trooptransports

hmmm, ok, but when two islands are close together like in the Japanese islands, you can deploy units to them. Is that hard coded? I thought I had read somewhere it could be changed, but now I can't recall how that worked...

yes there you can edit land connections, you can make like that all islands "border" to each other

Now for the tricky question...is there any way to change that in a saved game?

So I played around with this last night and it looks like when you make the change in the .csv file mentiled above it impacts all saved games when they re-load. So the example I used was with Japan connecting to the mainland to test deployment, movement, and mp. It all worked, even in an old save game I had.

Thanks again to Comrade Kalle for the tip!

Hello guys,

Sorry for kicking this thread to the top of the pages, but I thought it would be better than opening a new thread. I have a slightly related question.

In my games with SPA I usually team up with Germany and the first thing I do on Sept. 1st '39 is kick the British out of Gibraltar. When I conquer the rest of Morocco, I would get some additional MP if there was a connection between Gibraltar and Ceuta. Now for my question; I would like to gain the MP (and resources), but not make it possible to move units from Gibraltar to Ceuta witout transports. Is this possible?

Thanks in advance for any help.
