the land connection between Aosta (NOrth Italie) and the right hand province is broken,
in my game I couldn't place new div's after I've conquered the land (I played Austria),
later when I took the other more southern provinces, there was a link between those newly conquered prov's and the French occupied provinces,
so it seems that connection was broken,
