Something I'd like to see in CK3, a dowry system that permits to give land or title as dowry when marrying a woman.
Landing more easily women in general would be good.
Such land would end either to her heir if married (partially or totally), or gets back to her father if she dies.
And of course opposite sytem if the succession line prefers females.
