Landing troops

I have a problem with landing troops. Playing Brandenburg in IGC2.2 I have had the same problem twice: When I move in my ships to land troops on i.e. Gotland, I am not allowed! I am at war with Denmark but cannot land troops there. The port seem to be locked is this the problem? There are allied ships in the same sea territory - are they blocking the port for me? It would be really stupid to block your allies (but then, they are swedes) .

I had the same problem trying to land in Estonia...

I suggest taking a look at my FAQ, the minimum troop requirements to enter an enemy province in particular...

Why wont they just go ashore, pick some flowers and jump back into their ships??
